Key Responsibilities
✅ Project Management & Coordination
- Monitor project timelines and maintain status reports for Imaging studies.
- Coordinate and interact with study sites and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage inventory of imaging supplies required for clinical studies.
✅ Operational & Technical Support
- Assist in organizing study-specific documentation and reports.
- Ensure compliance with protocol requirements and regulatory guidelines.
- Support cross-functional teams within the Imaging Services department.

Required Qualifications & Skills
✔️ Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (required) in a relevant field.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering (preferred).
✔️ Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in clinical research, biomedical engineering, or project coordination.
- Prior experience in research-related roles is preferred.
✔️ Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to coordinate across teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational & multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
