Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Clinical Study Oversight
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional country teams and coordinate study activities with the global study team.
- Oversee study start-up, patient recruitment, and site performance to ensure study targets are met.
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH guidelines, and local regulatory requirements.

2️⃣ Vendor & Budget Management
- Coordinate with vendors and oversee execution of study contracts and agreements.
- Manage clinical trial site budgets and contracts, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Monitor site performance and review reports for proper documentation.
3️⃣ Compliance & Regulatory Responsibilities
- Ensure inspection readiness and compliance with audit requirements.
- Lead site closure activities and coordinate database lock processes.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications & Skills
✔️ Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields.
✔️ Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of industry experience in clinical research and trial management.
- Experience in leading or being an active member of cross-functional teams.
✔️ Skills:
- Strong understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory frameworks.
- Expertise in clinical research processes and methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and trial activities efficiently.
- Problem-solving and leadership skills with a proactive approach.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Suite, CTMS, eDC, and eTMF.
